OD’A

OD’A is a young architectural office based in Girona that works from ephemeral and readymade architectures to resilient, durable and permanent architecture. The studio is run by Adriana and Víctor Vázquez, two siblings that studied in the University of Girona, Universidade de Evora and IUAV.

Working through the memory or the domesticity of the place,  the practice of OD’A searches to reduct into the minimum expression the architecture taking profit of the place and its vernacular or urban character. They investigate the meaning of domesticity and the sense of the place and its vernacularism.

They see the project as an experience concave and inclusive, able to integrate harmoniously through a process open to all the various facts and agents that shape it.
