The project is located on the edge of Llançà, in a unique landscape known as the Serra de Rodes. The site features a rich diversity of vegetation and natural formations, including rock outcrops, pine trees, and native plant species.

The building is inserted within a perimeter defined by two structural “beams” in the landscape, anchoring it to the existing topography.

Terraces are generated across the site as a continuous garden. The project draws on a pre-classical and primitive reference, articulated through a sequence of spaces and columns that create a shaded transition between interior and exterior.

The proposal is developed in a sustainable manner, using cyclopean concrete with local stone, as well as water collection and natural ventilation systems.
